If we make an effort to begin each day by avoiding as many potential problems as we can, it will help to eliminate the stress we may have. This can be done by planning ahead. If we get up a little earlier each morning than is absolutely necessary, we will have time for a relaxed breakfast, to get ready for our day and to do any preparations that are required without having the worry of being late. Having to rush first thing in the morning is never a good way to begin a day. And often a day started in this way will continue along the same path. It is often on those days that we will miss our bus, forget our purse, or our lunch, and the coffee maker won’t work. If we are running late, we’re also not making allowances for any unforeseen eventualities that may happen such as a traffic jam or an unexpected snowfall. I also find that waking up to music is a much better beginning to a day than to the jarring noise of an alarm clock.

Internal defeat is a mindset, where you begin to believe that most new ideas will fail. You might think -”After all, what I tried in last week’s Yoga class, failed.”
You will always learn from mistakes. When you see them clearly as a test, examine the results, and study them closely for the reason why they went wrong.
Whether it is a lesson plan, trying mantras, Hot Yoga, Gentle Yoga, a pro shop, or trying anything new, it is better to make mistakes than do nothing at all.
If someone gave you $20 million and said here take it, go knock yourself out. You may do whatever you want with the money - what would you do with it? Does a briefcase of money have any purpose, or is it a means to an end and what is the end? The only purpose for the money is to spend it, otherwise it is worthless. Most of us would give it some serious thought or at least a little thought and decide how we would spend the money. Some would spend it all right away, some would manage it so that it would last; still others would have no idea. However, all of us would spend it on something that would make us happy. The purpose of the money for most of us would be to purchase happiness in some form or another. We still live in a world in which we believe we need money to be happy. If I have a new shiny, red, fast mobile; I will be happy. If I have the perfect mate; I will be happy. If I have a new home or a really fast computer, I will be happy. The whole purpose of having money seems to be to find the elusive happiness that dwells somewhere outside of ourselves. It is a false equation; money + spending, does not = happiness. The purpose of money is hidden in our desire to express ourselves emotionally as being happy. Taken in perspective money is really only a means of expressing the happiness we have already thought of in material ways. The creator of all that is; the Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient one; gave us much more than that. He gave us the ability to create more than $20 million and anything else we desire. He gave us unlimited resources to create anything that we can imagine. He said knock yourself out, use your power as you wish. Create anything that you can think of. The creator did not lay down any rules for the spending; humanity created rules of conduct and usually by self serving individuals who wanted to control unbridled power. The only purpose to life is “to be;” to be this or that, one thing or another. The purpose of life is the purpose that you give it. Like the one who would give you $20 million tax free dollars. The creator wants nothing back. It is within the creative process that the ‘one mind’ experiences physical life. It is through you and your purpose, that it can experience itself as being. Purpose is always creative. A car has function, but it is how you use it that gives it purpose. If you drive your kids to school, it is the car that helps you facilitate that desire. You have created a purpose for the car; it is one of transportation. Not all cars are built for this purpose. Some cars are built for test purposes or are built as concept cars. On an old TV show called “The Millionaire,” J.B.T., a multi millionaire gave away money to selected individuals to spend as they see fit. His purpose was to see how they would spend it. The creator gives away unlimited life/power to experience his creative force through you - to see how you will use it. Humanity for the most part has not given any thought or very little thought as to how to use it. He has given up most of the power to others who would create rules for using the power in order to add to their own. The prospect of having unlimited power is unfathomable to most, and humanity is fearful of how he would use that power. Imagine for a moment that instead of being given $20 million; you where given thousands of trillions of dollars - what would you do with it. It’s scary to think that you could have anything you desired with this kind of power. Once you have purchased any country you want and anything in it; where would you go from there? It has been self evident throughout history that people (kings, dictators, gods, etc.) who have obtained absolute power in their countries over everyone and everything in it; generally self destruct. There is no place to go when you have reached the top of the mountain, except down; so that you may start over again. It is the natural progression or purpose of all living things to improve themselves; to evolve into the grandest version of the greatest vision that it has of itself. Life is purpose driven then, to express itself as this or that and always in a better version. The only way that it can do that is through the consciousness of the living being. Man was given dominion over himself in order to do that. He was given the awesome responsibility for creating purpose for his/her life. This purpose does not come from God, Government, Religion or any other person or body. It is individualized and is buried in the D.N.A. of every living thing in nature. The “One Mind” (some call it God) is the only mind, the “Spirit” (sometimes called “Soul”) is the facilitator, and you (sometimes called “Ego”) are the three parts of creation - thought, word, and deed. The purpose of mind was to create you, so that you would give life purpose which would be experienced by all of its parts as being. The purpose of this collaboration is to create purpose and experience it. In this triune; man does very little to improve himself. His technology has exceeded his ability to use it wisely. He spends much of his time working so that he can afford it. Personally, he does not think much about improving himself or creating spiritual awareness of who he really is and the power that he controls. He does not really understand his purpose except for the annoying reminders he may get from established, self interest, organized belief systems. Beyond the five senses he is for the most part illiterate. There is abundant evidence to show that successful people understand the purpose of using and controlling their power. They are amongst the five percent who control the world’s wealth at this time. But, they are no more powerful than the street person living under a bridge. They are purpose driven to create abundance in their lives and they have discovered the secret to manifesting it. When you learn the secret of cause and effect, you will understand that power is the cause and where you direct it, is the effect. The purpose of life is to give purpose - your purpose. In reality none other exists.

Attitude is a state of your mind; it also tests your patience and stress. If you handle your stress with optimism and hope, you’ll come out of the clutches of despair and hopelessness. A positive attitude will also ensure that you stay optimistic in whatever do you do and perform in your life.
And, let me reassure you right away, I’m not simply going to twitter on about putting a brave face on adversity and smiling through the pain. Telling yourself, over and over, that “I’m OK” is pretty meaningless if you’re not. I’ll leave those sorts of recommendations to others, but not before I point out why they usually do more harm than good.
Many wonder what factors affect motivation. As a leader, it is key to understand some of the aspects of motivating those that you oversee. There are several theories on human motivation. But, the majority census is as follows that when we are motivated, we have developed a situation that will a person strive to do something more.
There are several ways that one can motivate others.
Through Curiosity:If something is presented to a person that peaks their interest, they are more willing to complete the task. The reason being is that their interest is satisfied as they learn going from task to task.

When I was growing up, my father used to wag his finger at me every so often and admonish: “Don’t take any risks.” He was not one to even risk a short step up in order to get ahead or improve his life, because he believed that was too much of a gamble. Consequently, he stayed in the same dull job, earning a lowly salary, for over forty years. On top of that, he tolerated way too much verbal abuse from his boss, and all for the sake of a secure monthly income that never stretched far enough.
The ostrich is mentioned 10 times in the Bible.
The ostrich’s behavior is mentioned in the Bible in the dialogue between God and Job.
In this dialogue the Lord God, the Almighty Creator describes the ostrich as:
She is joyfully proud of its small wings,
She is unmindful of the safety of its nest,
She treats her offspring harshly,
She is lacks in wisdom, she is stupid.
The ostrich’s labor is not in vain
And yet she can put a horse to shame with its speed.
It looks as though it is an extremely difficult proposition to get transformed to be a motivational speaker. Top administrators and corporates must get the right definition of a motivational speaker who is an interpreter of psychological reflexes in any person and cajoles and coaxes him to perform better in his chosen field of action an thereby, bring laurels for the company and plaudits for the himself. Motivational speaker consultants can play significant roles in imparting valid insights of management theory and administrative concepts to the new managers and experienced persons.
I have had a wonderful day today outside in the sunshine. It feels so wonderful to bask in the warm rays of the sun on an autumn day. The day began cool and crisp, but as soon as the sun came out a warm glow spread across the outdoor vista of the golf course. The trees looked almost magical in the morning light, and the fairways were thick with lush emerald grass.

When was the last time you questioned who you are and what you stand for? The chances are it was quite a while ago because, like most people, you take yourself for granted. Few of us think in enough depth about our beliefs, yet they are essential to our very being. Before embarking on a course of personal development, we need to confront our beliefs head on.
A belief is a feeling of conviction about something specifically related to yourself. Beliefs have a direct impact on our character and behaviour. We can divide beliefs in to two simple categories – positive and negative. A positive belief leads to positive actions like setting goals and targets. Negative beliefs are associated with negative behaviours - like self paranoia. Beliefs are activated by different personality traits. In the case of negative beliefs, the inner critic is a major contributor.
The little voice we hear in our head sometimes telling us we are no good is what life coaches refer to as the inner critic. An inner critic is fine and actually important in small doses. However, if the balance becomes upset, our inner critic can become a detrimental force. All the hard work you may have put into building yourself up can be wiped away in an instant by an unchecked inner critic.
On the other hand, we have the inner coach. This is the voice of confidence and encouragement. It is the voice of hope and the gateway to success. Your inner coach is the part of you that checks for solutions not problems. The inner coach provides you with inspiration and vitality. When it comes to building success, your inner coach is the voice to listen to.
You should decide which of the two voices are the loudest in your mind. Are you your own coach or your own worst enemy? It is far easier to criticise than to make something which is why the inner critic tends to be the most prevalent in ordinary people. Extraordinary people have that little bit extra. Extraordinary people have a finely tuned inner coach.
All you are doing by developing your inner coach is making your mind work for you. Think for a second about how incredible the human brain is. It is more powerful than all the worlds computers combined. The brain contains within it almost limitless potential. What a shame it is, therefore, to use it against us rather than for us! We all have the chance to be extraordinary, yet so many people sit in the doldrums because they are unable to harness the latent power of the mind.
The mind can waste a lot of energy on detrimental beliefs. Remember that a belief is not a fact! You should not think that what you believe about yourself today is necessarily true. People have had some crazy beliefs over the years. For instance, entire cultures have developed on the belief of the world being flat, or that gods live up in the sky. Unless you have taken the time to explore yourself, you run the risk of holding some unhelpful beliefs about yourself. But where do beliefs come from?
Some of our beliefs originate in our childhood. The opinions of our elders shape our self image in childhood. Therapists spend a lot of their time unravelling problematic self images of people that begin in childhood. It is amazing to think that our childhood never really leaves us. Instead, it becomes buried to the very core of our being. Life is a process of change and development. However, without being aware of the things that have made us who we are there is little chance of us controlling this change.
