I’m normaly asked, what do I need to do after breakup even if I’m still crazy about a guy? My reply has always been this, what do you want to do? I can see that this is not the solution you’ve expected but it’s odd that a person you used to dear so much, the one you sacrificed your soul, turns out offending you the most. As they say, ‘love is painful’ even if it’s good someday you’ll pay for it.

notes from Janey . . .
It’s winter in Wyoming. The mercury in the thermometer has headed south, not to warmer climes but diving below zero into teeth-chattering cold. The clear mountain creek and bare limbed trees out our dining room window have been changing every day. The recent cold plays with the water as if [...]

Where would we be if we did not have faith? Be that faith in ourselves, faith in our loved ones, faith in our fellow humans, faith in our future, faith in God or faith in life itself. I personally cannot imagine a life without that abstract element, the energy of faith. I wake up every morning and I have faith, I trust that I will live through the day, I go about my duties and I have faith that all will be as it usually is, that I will not suddenly fall off the planet earth to float indefinitely in outer space, or to suddenly drop dead without a reason! Accidents and obstacles come as a surprise or shock and I feel challenged but then I discover yet new strengths within me that I did not know existed, and I have faith that all will be well again. Where does this faith come from? I don’t really know, it’s just there no matter what happens. Even when I’m hit hard it’s always faith that eventually brings me back to life and I bounce back in top form.

Most confidence booster programs involve some sort of positive self-talk while in the conscious state. We use will-power to try and make the desired changes in our behavior. However, the most powerful force that we have in our bodies is the subconscious mind. Studies have shown that the subconscious controls nearly 90% of human behavior. You can try and make all the changes you want through sheer determination, but until your subconscious mind is in agreement, the desired changes will not be effective and permanent. The mind will work against you without you even knowing it.

I’m constantly asked, what can I do after breakup even if I’m still in love with my ex? My reply has always been this, how do you need to feel? I can feel that this is not the answer you’ve hoped for but it’s bizarre that a person you used to love so much, the one you devoted your love, turns out hurting you the most. As they say, ‘love is pain’ even if it’s good someday you’ll pay for it.
