Be prompt and courageous.

There is a time to dream, but you must know when to snap out of your  dreams and turn into reality there is one basic quality of heart that we need to take action; courage. Success is not for the lily-livered. Success is not for fearful people. You need courage to take action.

Courage is simply acting in the presence of fear. If you take fear out, courage loses its definition. The important thing is that you must not allow fear to snatch the initiative from you. Most successful people have fears like everyone else, but they act inspite of their fears.

Fear of failure

There are different kinds of fear. Fear in itself is not altogether bad, it is a defence mechanism that God programmed into us to warm us of danger. There are different kinds of fear that keep people from succeeding. There is the fear of failure. That is the biggest reason why people do not succeed.  They ask, “What if it does not work out?” but there are too many variables in our world. We do not live in a perfect world. So you cannot afford to wait until everything looks right and success is absolutely certain.

He who observes the wind will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap. As long as you keep looking at situations and circumstances to decide when you are going to act, you will never get anything done. The circumstances may not always seem to be right. Instead asking, “what if it does not work out” ask “what if it works” the possibility will excite you.

Fear of criticism

There is also the fear of criticism. Some will always ask, “What will people say” in the society like ours that is riddles with mediocrity and poverty, that is a big thing to consider. What will people say? People will always talk! If you succeed, they will talk; if you fail, they will blame you. It is up to you to fulfill your destiny and give them something to talk about. So you had better get on with what you want to do. The only way to put critics out of business is for us to do nothing at all.

How to overcome fear

You have to deal with fear if you are going to be able to take action. Fear literally paralyses initiatives. It snatches from you the ability to act. Fear kills your enthusiasm. It creates imaginary difficulties. That is why someone spelt fear as “False Evidences Appearing Real”. Fear makes you to focus on the wrong questions. What if it does not happen? What if you die? What if it does not work out? Fear frustrates salt control.

How do you overcome fear? Be conscious or be filled with the spirit of God;” for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.  Any time  feat takes over your heart and mind, remember that it is not from God, fear is not from God. Fear is the direct apposite of faith. Faith is the key to miracles.

 Fear is the key to failure  So do not entertain fear in your heart.
